PLAYERS PACKAGE:
1- Full Zip Hooded Jacket (Unisex) - 8.5-ounce, 80/20 ring spun cotton/poly
2- Long sleeve Uniforms - 100% polyester
1- Cover shorts -*LADIES SIZING - 100% polyester micropoly shell, 100% polyester mesh inserts, 100% polyester wicking crepe lining, 3.5" inseam, Elastic waistband with drawstring.

-Fill out all information. ***Make sure name is spelt correctly!!!
-Everything will be handed out at practice/meeting by Ms. Susan

-Due to the custom nature of the product (design, size, shirt style and color) NO returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted unless a fault to me (the maker).
- Once an item is scanned into the post office it is out of my control. I will not refund nor remake an item due to the postal services error.
